We planned and delivered the full platform build for Zeus.training – from architecture and security to front-end, payments, and analytics. The result is a fast, scalable product with clear dashboards and a smooth user flow.

Zeus.training is a new online learning brand. The founders needed one place to host courses, run live sessions, and support members. Their first setup used several separate tools and manual spreadsheets. Payments, access control, and onboarding were all handled by hand. Pages were slow, reporting was unclear, and support tickets kept rising.

Paradox Labs was asked to plan and run a stable platform that could launch fast, scale with demand, and keep data safe. The brief was simple. Securely host content, accept global card payments, automate enrolment, protect files, and give the team a real-time view of sales and usage. The site also had to be easy for non-technical staff to update and follow UAE and UK privacy rules.

Key constraints included a small team, a short timeline, and a fixed budget, with a need to plug into email, CRM, and future partner or affiliate flows
